As part of Nene Valley Festival Week, on Tuesday 17 September, 2019, Rushden Museum organised a Tour of Rushden Hall with Clive Wood, followed by tea and cakes served in the Hall. The museum was open for the afternoon so the people booked on the tour had time to look round the museum before going down to the Hall.
It was a beautiful day so Clive was able to give a brief description of the outside of the Hall before going inside to start the tour. The tour lasts about an hour, and then tea or coffee and cakes were served in the Hall. Everyone seemed to enjoy it so it was a successful afternoon.
